My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. Most of the population struggles with balance, coordination and overall core strength and stamina. A combination of strategic exercises will allow for better body control when operating in space.

It is my philosophy that no matter what you do, your body should be strong enough so your Regular Daily Activities become easier.

When two people train together, the idea is that it can be highly motivating. Whether it be a friend, family member or significant other, have fun and maybe even a little competition in a safe and healthy environment designed with only the best results in mind.
By Request Only. Boot Camps are made of 5-6 people with similar or varying backgrounds in physical fitness. We keep them small in order to make sure that all exercises are performed properly in order to receive the most benefit from each class. Classes can be modified to each individual depending on health/injury concerns but will be designed to be progressively challenging.
Getting married? Attending a wedding, high school reunion or function that is important to you? Workouts will push you to look and feel your best and the number of sessions will depend on how far out from your event you would like to begin.
